Common Questions

Questions We Hear Often

Straightforward answers to help you understand if Capitolix is the right fit for you.

Who are these programs designed for?
Our programs are designed for working adults in Malaysia who want to build a clearer understanding of their personal finances. No prior financial background is needed. Whether you're managing a household budget for the first time or evaluating digital banking options, there's a program suited to where you are now.
How are sessions conducted — in-person or online?
The Goal Setting Workshop is held in-person at our Kuala Lumpur centre over two weekends. Digital Finance sessions and the Mentorship Circle are offered in a hybrid format — in-person or online — based on the cohort's preference. We confirm all arrangements before each program begins.
What exactly is the Mentorship Circle?
The Mentorship Circle is a 12-week small-group experience — capped at eight participants — that meets bi-weekly for 90-minute sessions with a facilitator. Between sessions, participants receive individual check-ins via messaging. Topics evolve based on what the group is working through; it's not a rigid curriculum but a guided, adaptive process.
Are there any prerequisites to joining a program?
None. Our programs are accessible regardless of your current level of financial knowledge. We begin each program with a brief orientation to align expectations and ensure everyone starts with the same foundational understanding.
How do I register or enquire?
Use the contact form on this page, call us at +60 3-2184 7635, or email [email protected]. We respond within one business day to discuss program availability, timing, and whether a particular program suits your current situation.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made at least five business days before the program's start date. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation — we will work with you to find a suitable arrangement wherever possible.
