By accessing our website or registering for a programme, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. About Capitolix

Capitolix is a financial education provider based at 21 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We offer educational programmes focused on financial awareness and planning. Capitolix is not a licensed financial adviser, investment manager, or financial planner under Malaysian law. Nothing on our website or delivered in our programmes constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any financial product.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

3. Programme Enrolment

Registration

Enrolment in a Capitolix programme is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from us, typically following submission of a completed registration form and payment of the applicable programme fee.

Eligibility

Our programmes are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We welcome participants from all financial backgrounds. No prior financial education or qualifications are required to attend any of our programmes.

Group sizes

Certain programmes have maximum group sizes, as indicated in the programme descriptions. Enrolment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to close a cohort once maximum capacity is reached.

4. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are as published on our website at the time of registration. Fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of any third-party payment processing charges. Full payment is required to confirm your place unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to revise programme fees for future intakes. Any fee changes will not affect confirmed registrations.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by participant

• 14 or more days before the programme start date: Full refund, less an administrative fee of RM 50
• 7 to 13 days before the programme start date: 50% refund of the programme fee
• Less than 7 days before the programme start date: No refund, though participants may transfer their place to another person, subject to prior written approval

Cancellation by Capitolix

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a programme, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer participants a full refund or the option to transfer to a future intake.

6. Rescheduling and Programme Changes

We endeavour to deliver programmes as scheduled. In exceptional circumstances (such as facilitator illness, public emergencies, or situations outside our control), we may need to reschedule individual sessions. Participants will be notified promptly, and sessions will be rescheduled at a time reasonably convenient for the group.

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to programme content to ensure it remains current and relevant. Material changes to a programme's structure will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during Capitolix programmes — including workbooks, templates, guides, and session content — are the intellectual property of Capitolix. Participants are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use these materials for their own financial learning purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of programme materials without prior written consent is not permitted.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Capitolix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

The content delivered in our programmes and published on this website is intended for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be interpreted as, personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or guidance on any specific financial product.
